In our latest Leadership and Training article we dive into ground-breaking research led by Lancaster University, where cybersecurity professionals with 5-30 years of experience helped uncover five key layers that are vital for organisations to act responsibly and ensure robust protection.

Of these five layers, human wellbeing, burnout and stress were repeatedly sighted as a pressing issue for those in high-pressure roles.
